- Review call. 30 minutes to go through it and answer questions.

What do I need to prepare?
Nothing formal. Come ready to talk about where your team’s time goes and what you wish got done faster. Bring the person who would own the AI staff if you know who that is.
What if you find nothing worth doing?
If the plan doesn’t find at least five hours a week your team gets back, you don’t pay.
Does the $1,500 count toward more work?
Yes. If you book a workshop or a build within 60 days, the audit fee comes off the price.
