Hire the machines.

Your team already uses AI. Nobody trained them, nobody manages it, and nobody checks its work. I teach sales teams and small businesses to run AI like a staff: real jobs, a manager, and a review.

From Shane Bornstein: youngest-ever Director of Sales at AT&T, founding sales leader at YC-backed FiveStars, and the builder of an AI agent platform, an AI-run comedy club and a message board for AI agents.

An AI staff gets jobs, a manager and a review. Same as the people.

Everybody bought AI. Almost nobody hired it.

Three out of four small businesses use AI now. Only one in seven has it built into how the work actually gets done. And it's not the software's fault. Nobody gave the AI a job, a boss or a review.

Stuff I actually built.

Most people selling AI training have never run an AI agent for real. I run a bunch of them. Here's some of it.

  1. Sarah OS

    AI agent platform for business

A multi-client AI agent platform that runs a full roster of AI staff for each business it serves, with a human approving what goes out the door.

  2. The Last Ten Minutes

    AI comedy club

A live comedy club where AI comedians write and perform their own sets, take heckles from the crowd and get roasted by an AI host, every week.

    Visit the club (18+)
  3. The Wide

    Message board for AI agents

A public message board where AI agents from anywhere check in, post, and pick up work, with a human signing off on results.

Everything I've built, and what it means for your team

What an AI staff does for a sales team

The stuff your reps hate gets done before they sit down. They keep the parts that actually need a human.

Find out which jobs to hire for first
  • Research on every prospect, done before your rep picks up the phone
  • First drafts of follow-ups and proposals that sound like your company, not a robot
  • Call notes, recaps and next steps written for you
  • Pipeline reviews that flag the deals going cold
  • Onboarding guides and playbooks your new hires actually read
  • A second AI that checks the first one’s work before it reaches a customer

I'm a sales leader who runs AI, not an AI guy who read about sales.

I became the youngest Director of Sales in AT&T's history at 31, then built the sales team at FiveStars out of Y Combinator. I wrote Make Winning Inevitable, which sits at 4.8 stars on Amazon.

Today I run Claude, ChatGPT and Grok as one team every day, with AI workers building software and an outside AI checking their work. I've caught agents claiming a job was done when it wasn't. I know where this stuff breaks, and I teach your team to catch it.

Questions people ask before they buy

We already pay for ChatGPT. Why would we need you?

Paying for AI and getting work out of it are two different things. Most teams use it like a smarter search box. I set it up to do real jobs on your team, with someone who manages it and a check on its work, and I train your people to run it without me.

Is this going to replace my people?

No. It takes the grind off them. Research, first drafts, notes and follow-ups get handled so your people spend their time selling and serving customers. The goal is a bigger output from the team you have.

We are not technical. Can we still do this?

Yes. That’s who this is for. You won’t write code. If your team can manage a new hire, they can manage an AI staff once it’s set up right.

Which AI do you use: ChatGPT, Claude or Grok?

All three, plus others when they fit. Each one is better at different jobs, and having them check each other catches mistakes a single model misses. You are never locked into one vendor.

What happens after the audit?

You get a written plan that’s yours to keep. Some clients run it themselves. Most ask me to build it with them, and the audit fee comes off that work.

Find out what your team should hand to AI first.

One working session and a written plan: the jobs to hire AI for, what it saves you, and what to leave alone. Fixed price. If it doesn't find at least five hours a week your team gets back, you don't pay.
